Add-on

At the press of a button, Comcentra Logs compares the pick-up photos with the current photos of the same vehicle and proposes possible new damage — each finding with a probability. The member of staff confirms or rejects it on site.

Guided photo capture
Certified Capture enforces the standard views (front, sides, rear, interior, boot) — live with the camera, so that before and after are comparable.

Load the before state
The pick-up photos (the earlier document for the same VIN) are used as the before state.

Start the comparison
At the press of a button the member of staff confirms the extra cost; the photo sets go to the vision model. Dirt, wetness, light and viewing angle are ignored.

Damage proposal
Per finding: area · type · severity · probability % — with the photos as proof.

Individual confirmation on site
Every AI proposal is confirmed or rejected individually; confirmed ones become part of the sealed record.

Under development: risk score and traffic-light triage.

Today the AI supplies a probability and a severity for each finding. Coming shortly as modules: a risk score (economic and liability weight: severity × position × cost × period of responsibility), a traffic-light triage with escalation and a cost-saving on-device pre-filter — these modules are under development and not yet active in the app.
