The product is not the individual PDF, but an immutable file per vehicle (VIN) that grows over the entire lifecycle — every occurrence as a chained event backed by evidence.
Every occurrence is its own immutable record (inspection plus, optionally, transfer of responsibility). Together they form the unbroken history. Some processes are two-stage (pick-up plus return/handover with a before/after comparison).
Every completed record is sealed with a SHA-256 hash and added to the vehicle's hash chain. The smallest change to text or photo would alter the hash — and be noticed immediately. Signatures with name and time from the customer and the person handing over.
