Jobs, assignment, status and map – for dispatchers and the customer control desk.
Jobs, assignment, status and map sit in the program as a module of their own. Access runs through the program login: an operator control desk selects the tenant, a company dispatcher sees only their own. The server checks every request as well – a greyed-out tile is not a security boundary.
The dispatcher creates the job and assigns it to a driver – straight away or later; until then it stays “open”. Assigned jobs appear in the driver's app; the driver accepts, starts the trip and begins documenting with the process already pre-filled (vehicle, route, customer). Once sealed, the job switches to “completed” and the sealed evidence record is attached to it.
Before any location data is processed at all, the dispatcher must actively confirm, per tenant, that a data protection agreement is in place with the drivers, that they have been informed about location being transmitted during trips and that they have expressly consented.
The driver's view deliberately does not sit in the dispatch module but with the records, as “My jobs” – drivers work on a phone, not at the control desk. There they accept the job, start the trip and open the record. Completed jobs stay visible for 90 days.
